How to ... Submit a Contest to FAC GHQ

Required Information

 

Squadron - Select your squadron from the list, the Flying Site will be added to your squadron information and stored at GHQ.

Site Name - Names are: Field Name - City, ST for example: Pinkham Field - Durham, CT or Rovey Field - Buckeye, AZ
Site Names are stored at GHQ with GPS settings, ready for next time.

Contest Name - Your contest name

Contest Start and End Dates - Both Dates are required

Contest Director Name - Your name as the Contest Director

Contest Director Email - Your email address, must be a valid email address. A confirmation will be sent to this address. If you do not get a confirmation email please contact GHQ.
 

Optional Information

 

Longitude and Latitude - Required First Time only. The exact Longitude and Latitude for your site.

Description - Contest info such as: entry fee, times, special events or comments. If you do not have a flyer, list the contest events here. If your flying site has any special security, registration or check-in locations list them here.

Flyer - Add your flyer from your computer or phone. GHQ will post it so that it is available from the website calendar and notification emails, you can use the link too. We only allow flyers of these types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG.
