The new Rule Book is here! Woohoo! After a long and arduous process, we (mainly main guy Dave Mitchell) have a final version of the new Rule Book ready for action. Here is a brief and probably incomplete list of changes:
- OT Stick, Fuselage, and 2-Bit General Rules revised and simplified
- OT Stick, Fuselage, and 2-Bit cut-off date extended to Dec 31, 1950
- Simplified and Dime Scale Rules “simplified”
- Neo-Dimer plans must be published in PRINT (not online) for validation
- Clarified standard Phantom Flash minimum weight (5g without rubber)

- Remote DTs ARE permitted within the limits stated in the provisional rules
